The news report from the Port City Men's BC for the week ending Sunday 7th December is now available thanks to Colin Halls.

Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or smart casual, with collared shirt, neat shorts/slacks.

In the NSW Club Challenge, in the Gold Division, the team from Port City lost in the semi final to Terrigal 2-1. Congratulations to the boys in reaching the semis of a state competition- no mean feat.

On Saturday the final game in the paddle pop 2 bowl triples ( Trevor’s Triples) was played. The winners were Dave ( Koala) Lomas-lead. The great James Cranna 2^nd, and Number 11 Bob Langham- skip.

Congratulations to the winners and all who participated in this popular event which was sponsored by Hastings Co op IGA and Greg Keft Electrical.

Next Saturday 13^th December is presentation and ham day. Single entry 4’s 1pm start. As this is presentation day, club uniform or creams should be worn.

Men’s Xmas pairs shoot out on Saturday 20^th December, starts 12 noon.  Neat Casual dress, single entry. Cost is $10 and includes sausage sizzle.

The 2015 men’s single Championship  entries are open, and will close 5pm Saturday 3rd January. First round to be played January 18^th.

The super Xmas ham raffles is on again this Wednesday 10^th  when there will be 80 hams to be won, also the following Wednesday 17^th  there will be 100 hams. You can pre purchase tickets if you are unable to attend the club. Please see a committee member who will look after you.
