In the Saturday Cashpot Triples, Ian Orr, Viv Gunter and Stewart Rogan put on a great performance to claim the big prize with two wins. Kim Thompson, Chicka Thompson and Wayne Thrussell claimed second place (W/L) while Jenny Wellard, Pat Lendrum and Stewart Wellard came third (L/L). Voucher winners were Marg Ashford, Stewart Rogan, Greg Darcy and Paul Cini.
The next Friday Jackpot is $606, so get your teams together for next Friday to have a crack at this great prize.
Pennants restarts on Saturday 6th April 2024. In Grade 4, Kew plays North Haven at North Haven, in Grade 6 Kew plays Westport at home, while in Grade 7 Kew plays Lake Cathie at Cathie.
The Final of the Club Championship Triples is now scheduled for 14th Of April with play commencing at 10am. The final is between Team Quirk/Fokes/Richards and Team Napper/Poole/Jones, which should be a great contest.
The Club Championship Fours has been delayed a week, with entries closing on 12th April 2024, and the first round commencing on 21st April 2024. The Entry Sheet is on the Notice Board in the Club House.
Bowls this week are Wednesday Social starting at 12:30 (names in by 11:30), and Friday Jackpot Triples, names in by 11.30 for a 12.30 start mufti dress. Add you name to the sheets in the Club Room, or contact Chicka 0423787325, Griffo 0413052684 or text Frank 0417698899.
