Kew Men's Bowling Club
There will be no bowls on Saturday due to our division 4 pennant side travelling to Stuarts Point for the Zone play off to see who will travel to Warilla for the state title good luck to our boys on Saturday and Sunday.
Monday Monthly Pairs and picking up the winner’s loot were Bob Sims and Viv Gunter, there was a tie for second place Terry Miles and Charles Doyle, Gary Ruprecht and Barrie Isaac sharing the cash. Round winners were Chicka Thompson and Ian Hodgkinson, 2 Frank Raczka and Rocky Davis, 3 Peter Laing and Cliff Kerr.
Wednesday social and bolting to the butchers with moola were Andrew Richards, Brett Irwin and Bickies Ashford, the runner up dosh went to John Hilton, Brad Conway and David Jones. Voucher winners were Peter Laing, Cliff Kerr, Brad Conway and John Smith.
Friday social and galloping petrol station, with the cash were Brian Charters, Rod Quirk and Mick the bickie eater Ashford, closely following, were the runner’s up Bindi Notara, Ray Allan and Phil Collins.
Vouchers went to Stewart Rogan, Wayne Thrussell, Dean Gemmell and Phil Collins.
Saturday saw 5 games in the mixed pairs Marg and Mick Ashford def Trudie Douglas and Wayne Thrussell, Joan Turnbull and Peter Griffith def Anne and John Smith, Sue Hardwick and Bill Bailey def Howard Burrows and Ida Bruno, Leonie Murphy and Brian Charters def Wendy and Barrie Isaac.
Vouchers went to Stewart Rogan, Wayne Thrussell, Dean Gemmell and Phil Collins.
