Congratulations to the 4 grade pennant ladies who won their way into the state championships with a superb win over Taree Leagues at Taree on Wednesday well done.

Congratulations to the zone 14 senior men’s side who are now NSW champions, two of our very own Gary the machine Hamilton and Charles Doyle played very well and along with their team mates and are deserved champions.

The major singles are a little bit behind and if possible, could you arrange to play your games asap Saturday we would like to see the grass green full otherwise we will still be playing singles next pennant season.

Wednesday social and scooting out the door with the cash were P Richards, Ron Hale and Charles Doyle, the runner up loot went to Brett Ewir, Cliff Kerr and Mark Hammond. Voucher winners were Frank Raczka, John Hilton, Mark Hammond and Dave Jones.

Monday monthly pairs are on the 7th of June 9am start uniform dress men, women or mixed all are welcome come on out to the friendly club and enjoy a day on the greens.

Saturday cashpot triples and heading to the bank with their winnings were Ian Hodgkinson, Peter Laing and Barrie Isaac, 2nd Jenny Tucker, Robert Tucker and Rooster Darcy and 3rd place went to Janet Hills, John Jarvis and Adele Pobje. Voucher winners were Peter Laing, Jock Wyper, Pat O’Connor, Bindi Notara, Janet Hills and Wayne Thrussell.

Keep Saturday the 26th of June free and help us celebrate our past members featuring the Ken Kinman Shield, 3 games of 10 ends 3 bowl triples $60 per team and a chance to win some ready cash, 1st $600, 2nd $300, 3rd $150 and 4th $60 games start at 9am. After bowls there will be meat and seafood raffles. Men, women or mixed teams welcome come on out and enjoy yourself at the friendly club.
