News from Kew - WBC

The news report from the Kew Women's BC for the week ending Saturday the 24th April, 2021 is now available.

Kew Women's Bowling Club

On 20th April the final of the Major Singles Championship was played in perfect weather conditions with Jenny Wellard defeating Leonie Murphy. Congratulations to both finalists.

Our first match of our Club pairs Championship was played on Tuesday 20th April with Jenny Easy and Jean Donald defeating Joan Turnbull and Noelene Holt in a close, exciting match.

The 2021 Pennant season is almost complete with some wet weather make-up games to be played over the next weeks. Our Grade 4 defeated Kempsey RSL in a nail-biting conclusion. Good luck and great bowling in the remaining games.

18th May - Triple entry closes.
