Congratulations goes to Gary the machine Hamilton and Charles Doyle on winning the senior pairs final at Westport on Sunday morning, they will now play the winners of the northern section at a date to fixed.The pennant teams faired a bit better on Saturday with the two’s having a win the sevens just missing out by a couple of shots and the fives are yet to record a win. Round 3 the 2s away to Port City, the 5s away to Lake Kathie and the 7s at home to Hibbards Sports.
Wednesday social and picking up the moola were Leslie Faulstone, Stewart Rogan and Howard Burrows, in the runner up possie were John Hilton, Cliff Kerr and Ian Hodgkinson. Vouchers went to Viv Gunter, Ian Poole, Pat O’Connor and Keven West.
Friday jackpot triples and once more the money stays in the bank and is worth $278 next Friday. Rink winners were Ian Poole, Dave Napper and Phil Collins, the runner up spot was taken by Jeff Wylie, Jeff Dixon and Stewart Rogan. Voucher went to Chicka, Phil Collins, Mark Hammond and John Hilton.
The first round of the major pairs is to be played by Sunday the 21st of March so please check the draw and organise your game.
