Kew Men's Bowling Club

We had some joy at home in the pennants the 2s won 10/0 and the 5s won 10/0 the 6s had a draw and 7s went down still a better result than last week, we have a spell this week from pennants due to zone commitments.

We would like to send Peter Laing a big cheerio from his mates at Kew Bolo keep positive mate it’s big struggle but you can do it.

The celebrations carried on for some time after their win in the club fours enough so that one of the players no names fell out of bed, well done blisters it could only happen to you.

Monday monthly pairs and picking the readies was Dave the paddler Napper and Mick Stuttard, 2nd Gary the machine Hamilton and Charles Doyle, 3rd Owen Gill and Mike Rand and in 4th spot was John Gemmell and Peter Griffith.

Wednesday social and scurrying out the door with the loot was James Race, Ingo Model and Mick the bickie eater Ashford, in the runner up spot was Keith Nichols and Dave the paddler Napper. Vouchers went to Jeff Wylie, Keith Nichols, Jimmy Race, Ingo Model and Jeff the peddler Dixon.

Friday jackpot triples and the jackpot stay’s in the bank and will be worth $528 on Friday the 20th of March. Rink winners and bolting out the door with the loot was John Jarvis, won’t you come home Bill Bailey and Rob Edwards, picking up the runner up moola was John Hilton, Frosty and Mick the bickie eater Ashford. Vouchers went to Gary Hamilton, Rob Edwards, Frank Raczka and George Wise.

The draw for the pairs is on the board please check to see who and when you are required to play the first round to played by the 27th of March.

Wednesday social and on Saturday trial game names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days mufti dress all welcome.
