Report for Tuesday 2/7/2019

Tuesday Morning Mixed Bowls -9.30 am start-Uniform or neat and casual. Welcome all members and visitors to this competition. Come along and enjoy a pleasant morning game of bowls with a happy group of players. Margaret and Ron Coombes can be contacted on 65823264 or 0422816063 or names down in locker rooms. All visitors welcome. Bowlers to meet upstairs in the function room before bowls. Winners were J. Romford, L. Iacono, J. Fraser and P. Cummings. Raffle winners were K. McMurtrie, J. O’Mara and A. Zhao. No jackpot winners today.

Thursday Morning Ladies a Social Bowls- 9.30 am start- Uniform or neat and casual. Selectors for Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th July are Di Irving 65826262 or 0417180969 and Lesley Godson 0427807573 . Rain washed out all play last Thursday 27 th and today the 4th July . Better luck next week we hope ! Congratulations to Betty Oliver, Julie Fraser, Larry Iacono and Margaret Evans on winning the Club 4s . A very close game with one shot in it in the end . Runners up were Denise Penney, Colleen Purnell, Elaine Taylor and Colleen Jukes. Well played all bowlers 


Reminders Club triples starts Thursday 11th July weather permitting. Minor singles entries close Monday 8th July , Starts on24th July . Committee meeting Thursday 18th July 1.30 pm.
