Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or smart casual, with collared shirt, neat shorts/slacks

 A very satisfactory start to pennants on Saturday. Results as follows:- Grade 1 won 74-52, 2 lost 58-63, 3 won 86-46, 4 won 67-63, 5 lost 50-76, 6 won 60-54, 7(1)  won 88-52, 7(2) won 59-46. In the 3’s the rink of Steve Matheson-Gary Williams-Ron Thompson and Charlie Buchanan scored a perfect 8 !!!. Full details of pennants can be found on the zone 14 web site.

Fours final was played today ( Sunday) and in a very tense match the team skipped by Mike Rand was successful over the team skipped by Greg Brims 22-20

 Minor Singles semi finals will be played on Tuesday March 10 at 5pm. D. Roberts to play K. Ashdown and P. Dacre to play A.J. Uptin. The final will be held on Wednesday 11^th at 5 pm.

Entries are open for the minor pairs championship and closes on 14^th March at 5 pm. First round is Tuesday 24^th March at 5 pm.

Black Friday 13^th March there is a mixed, men’s, ladies pairs, neat casual 5 pm start. Cost is $10 per head and there will be light snacks after the game.

Free coaching is available on Saturday and  Sunday mornings ( bowls provided). Just turn up at 10 am.

Sunday :- 42 players enjoyed the afternoon. The jackpot of $150 was not won.
