News from the Port City WBC

The news report from the Port City Women's BC for the week ending Tuesday 10th March 2015 is now available with thanks to Judy Brady

Although it was a somewhat humid day, 26 social players took to the greens.  A light breeze kept things reasonably pleasant for the majority of the morning but it was nice to get back into the air conditioning for lunch!!  There were also 6 rinks of pennant being played so our non-bowling members had plenty to watch while they had their morning tea – lots to chat about!

President Barbara welcomed Lorraine Hurley from Everglades on the Central Coast who joined us for a game.

Pennant Results:  Grade 1 Port City def Westport; Grade 2 Port City def Westport;  Grade 3(1) Port City def Lake Cathie;  Grade 3(2) Lake Cathie def Port City;  Grade 4 Lake Cathie def Port City.
