The correct answer is "yes" as covered by Domestic Regulation 2.2.8 - "Prior to the start of any subsequent game in the same competition, the playing positions of the constituted personnel can be changed".

Bowls Australia has issued a set of guidelines for stickers to comply with the latest Laws of the Sport of Bowls. This would appear to be a big issue in Victoria judging by notes in their recent newsletter.
Entries are now open for the NSW Men's Under 25 Singles Championships. Regional qualifying rounds for our area will be held at the North Haven BC on Monday 27th April.
