News report from the Port City Men's BC for the week ending Sunday 3rd August.

Thursday PM :-  $15Chris Munday   $7 B Condie & T. Williams. Julian Duczynski missed the $430 jackpot. Next week the jackpot will be approx. $480, numbers between 1-8

Friday PM: $15 M. G. McFarlane- G. Ball. $7J. Hrabak- L. Williams. The $600 jackpot was not won by M. Glasse-G. Worley

There will be no social bowls next Friday due to No2 pennant roll ups.

Saturday PM :- Our No2 Pennant Team & No3 Pennant Team had a rollup practice in preparation for the State Playoffs on the 9th, 10th & 11th of August. Did you see the rain. Good luck boys.

Upcoming Events:- The State Grade 2 Pennant Playoffs are to be played at Port City on the 9th, 10th & 11th August. What an event to witness, come along & barrack for our home team. Also our No3 pennant team are in the playoffs and require our support.

Liaison Officers- Note there will be a meeting of all liason officers at 4pm on Friday 8th August at the club.

For all the up and coming bowlers, there is free coaching available to everyone (12 year olds and above welcome). Just turn up to the bowls office Saturday mornings at 10:00 am
