Preliminary Notice of A.G.M.
This notice is to advise that the A.G.M. of the Port Macquarie City Men’s Bowling Club will be held within the Clubhouse on Saturday 20th July 2013 at 9.30am.
It is a requirement that any Member nominating for the positions of Secretary, Treasurer or Bowls Organiser has basic computer skills particularly relating to the “Word” and “Excel” programs.
Nominations, on the forms provided, will open on 13th June 2013 and will close at 5.00pm on Saturday 6th July 2013.
As prescribed in the Constitution any Notice of motion for consideration at the A.G.M. must be presented in writing to the Secretary no later than the 21st of June 2013, (28 days prior to the meeting)
