Kew Men's Bowling Club

Leslie Williams MP was there on Monday to officially open the new green with representatives of bowls AUS and the local media.

Best of luck to our div 4 pennant side travelling to Warilla for the state pennant playoffs travel safely and hopefully bring home the flag.

Monday monthly pairs and picking up the cash were Noleen Holt and Rayleen Austin, 2nd Bob Sims and Stewart Rogan,3rd Ian Poole and Dave Napper and 4th Phil Collins and Rod Quirk, round winners were Daryle Barr and Wayne Thrussell, Viv Gunter and Adrian Hilton, John Pearson and Owen Gill.

Wednesday social and winning the loot were Bob Sims and Rocky Davis, in the runner up position were David Hardy, Pat O’Connor and Mick the bickie eater Ashford. Vouchers went to Jeff Nichols, Rocky Davis, Daryle Barr, Pat O’Connor and Steve McGregor.

Saturday cashpot triples and the winners were Peter Laing, Bill Bailey and Barrie Isaac, 2nd Ted Wilson, Viv Gunter and Gary Hamilton and 3rd Darren Darcy, Frank Raczka and Rocky Davis. Vouchers went to Steve McGregor, Frosty, Marg Ashford and Terry Miles.

The Christmas party and presentation day will be held on Saturday the 10th of December starting at 10am with a game of bowls then lunch and presentation to club champions, loud shirts are the order of the day.

Wednesday social is the bowls this week names in by 11.30 12.30 start mufti dress all welcome.
