Kew Men's Bowling Club
There was only one semi-final played in the major minor pairs Tuesday afternoon and what a game it was, Gary Cheers and Budgie Brecard did battle with Jeff Wylie and Rocky Davis and a battle it was right until the last bowl was played either team could have taken the win but alas there can only be one winner. Congratulations Gary and Budgie commiserations Jeff and Rocky.
Wednesday social and heading to servo with their winnings were Frank Raczka, Viv Gunter, Chicka Thompson and Terry the arm Miles, in the runner up spot were Bob Keats, George Wise and Rooster Darcy. Vouchers went to Frank Raczka, Warren Bates, Stewart Rogan and Ian Poole.
There’s an entry sheet on the board for the mixed pairs entries close Sunday the 11th of September.
Pennants were unable to be played due to rain a couple of weeks off then back into it.
Wednesday social and Friday jackpot are the bowls this week names in by 11.30 12.30 start mufti dress all welcome.
