Saturday and div 2 ventured to North Haven and came home with a 10/0 loss well done North Haven far too good, div 3 played Lake Cathie at home and had a 9/1 win and div 4 played Lake Cathie at home and went down 8/2. Next week div 2 plays away to Lake Cathie, div 3 away to North Haven and div 4 home to Westport Red.
The major minor pairs are progressing well with two more games completed Gary Cheers and Budgie Brecard def John Smith and Ian Poole, Dick Croft and Peter Laing def Viv Gunter and Greg Darcy this now sets up the semi-finals, Reggie Robb and Gary Hamilton play Dick Croft and Peter Laing, Gary Cheers and Budgie Brecard play Jeff Wylie and Rocky Davis the games will be played on Tuesday on or about 1pm. Best of luck to the 4 teams.
Friday social and scooting out the door with the cash were Viv Gunter, Budgie Brecard and Rocky Davis, in the runner up spot were Reggie Robb, Ian Hodgkinson and Cliff Kerr. Vouchers went to Brett Irwin, Ron Whelan, Ian Poole and Charles Doyle.
Wednesday social and heading to the bowser whilst the fuel is cheaper were Ray Elliott, Steve McGregor and Rocky Davis, followed closely by the runner up trio Jeb, Budgie Brecard and Mark Hammond. Voucher winners were Andrew Richards, Leslie Faulstone, Ray Allan and Frank Raczka.
The mixed pairs entry sheet is on the board and closes Sunday the 11th of September.
