The rain played havoc with grade 4 pennants and this round will be played on Sunday the 31st of July.
The AGM will be held on Sunday the 14th of August meeting starting at 10am all positions are open followed by a few ends of bowls then some nibbles.
Wednesday social and heading to the petrol station with their winnings were Adrian Hilton, Bob Sims, Ian Hodgkinson and Peter Ryan, the runner up team of Frank Raczka, Steve McGregor, Chicka Thompson and Peter Griffith followed the winners to the petrol station. Voucher went to Brad Conway, Will Richie and Rooster Darcy.
It was good to see Terry Duff back at the club on Friday, Terry was one of our best bowlers a few years back and it would be good to see him play bowls again soon.
Friday cashpot triples and scooting out the door with the loot were Ian Hodgkinson, Cliff Kerr and Dick Croft, the runner up moola went to Paul Deland, Di Deland and Adrian Hilton. Voucher winners were Frosty, Bob Sims, Gary Ruprecht and Dave Napper.
The major minor pairs sheet is on the board with the closing date the 16th of July and first game to be played on or before the 30th of July.
Bowls this week Wednesday social and the Presidents cup on Saturday, played against North Haven in grades 2 and 3 please mark your name off if you are in or let Chicka know if you are unavailable.
