Lake Cathie Women's Bowling Club

Hello Ladies,

Another full week of bowls, with very good numbers turning up to play and watch. This week we saw the annual Out of the Hat Triples played on Tuesday with all of us keeping our fingers crossed that the rain stayed away.  We only just got it in though before the heavens opened.

Out of the Hat Triples

The margin was very small but Patricia Cahill, Di Fischer and Anne Armstrong were awarded their winners “hats” by Life Member, Pat Flatman.  In second place Denise Rutherford, Helene White and Susan Malzard were, if I remember correctly, only one point behind the winners.  A great result on a great club day.
