Kew Men's Bowling Club

The semi-final of the major pairs will be played on Friday at 12pm Gary Hamilton and Charles Doyle will take on Daryle Barr and Wayne Thrussell, and Brian Charters and Phil Collins will do battle with Peter Griffith and Mick Stuttard the best of luck to the four teams.

On Tuesday 2 major pairs games were played: Daryle Barr and Wayne Thrussell def Dave Napper and Ian Poole, and Brian Charters and Phil Collins def Viv Gunter and Adrian Hilton. On Saturday morning Peter Griffith and Mick Stuttard, def Rob Tucker and Jeff Nichols.

Friday jackpot triples and the jackpot stays in the bank with there being no winner the JP will be worth $362 on Friday the 11th of March. Rink winners Bob Sims, Chicka Thompson and Dick Croft, in the runner up spot were Jeff Dixon, Jeff Wylie and Stewart Rogan. Vouchers went to Daryle Barr, Greg Darcy, Viv Gunter and Steve McGregor.

There is an entry sheet on the board for the major singles closing date Saturday the 5th of March.

Bowls this week Wednesday social and Saturday cashpot triples mufti dress names in by 11.30 both days all welcome.
