Weekly News

“The Biggest Morning Tea” in support of those impacted by cancer was a great success thanks to the efforts of Robin Biddle. Robin would like to thank Tumblegum Bakehouse and Café for their support.

One more round of club pairs was played today D Amor and S Wood

defeated D Gudgeon and D Allen and will now go on to the next round.

Congratulations to our Grade one and Grade 4 teams who have made it through to the State finals. What a great effort!!! We wish them all the best of luck.

Nominations for the Minor pairs competition are still open and will close 4 June. To enter put your name on the sheet and $5pp goes to the match committee.

As at June 1st there will be an increase in green fees. Tuesdays will be $11, Thursday and Saturdays will be $10, and Sunday will be $12.

Club triples is open next week and closes 18 June.

Port City’s 65 th Birthday Celebrations are nearly upon us. The cost is $20 pp which includes lunch and sweets as well as a game of 4s.  Entries are open next week, so check out the notice board.

Port City Gala Day is coming up on the 25 June. We will be running a trading table on the day as well as having a spider. This is a fundraiser for the district. We would really appreciate any donations.
