It was a beautiful summer’s day for our Social Bowls and Presentation Day on Tuesday 3^rd December.

President Barbara advised that the cost for District events has risen to $15 and that the draws are on the board for next year.

District Fours commence – 14^th January. District Triples commence 21^st January. District Singles commence 4^th February. State Pairs commence 11^th February.

Pennants will commence on Monday 24^th February.

We are pleased to see Ingrid Code back at the club today after her recent illness and also that Margaret Edwards is recovering from her shoulder operation.

Happy Birthday to Noelene Williams and Barbara Owens who celebrate birthdays this week.

Next Tuesday, 10^th December, will be our Christmas party Day and you are invited to wear something “Christmassy”. Cost for the day is $10 and a sheet is on the board. If you are not playing you are welcome to come for lunch and enjoy the concert after.

This will be our last day for 2013 and bowls will resume on Tuesday, 7^th January.
