Kew Men's Bowling Club
Saturday saw the semi-finals of the mixed pairs 2 cracking games were on display for the small crowd. Sue Hardwick and Wayne Thrussell were able to get over the line against Ida Bruno and Dean Gemmell and Jean Donald and Peter Laing proved a little too good for Carol and Sparra Cheers. Well done to all teams for making the semi-final. The final will be played on Sunday morning at 9am. Best of luck to Jean and Peter and Sue and Wayne in the final.Wednesday social was a called off due to inclement weather.
Monday monthly pairs are on the 5th of June $25 bucks gets you 3 games of bowls and lunch and a chance to win some handy cash.
Friday jackpot triples and the jackpot is safe in the treasures bank and will be worth $408 on Friday the 2nd of June. Winning rink went to Frank Bullwinkle Raczka and Rocky Davis, the runner up went to John Hilton and Ray Allan. Vouchers went to Terry Miles, Adrian Hilton, Peter Laing, Daryle Barr and Gary Hamilton.
An early reminder our Classic Fours will be held on the 8th and 9th of July good prize money on offer grab a couple of mates and try your luck at the friendly club.
