Kew Men's Bowling ClubSunday morning saw the final of the club triples Frank Raczka, Rod Quirk and Rocky Davis went into battle with Gary Ruprecht, Terry Miles and Barrie Isaac. Rocky's lads were on fire with all three playing great bowls, Barrie's boys kept trying but were unable to keep up with pace of the game and were game in defeat. Rocky's lads deserved their win as all three played superb bowls. Congratulations to Rocky's lads commiserations to Barrie's boys.
Saturday cashpot triples and picking up the loot in first spot were Viv Gunter, Noleen Holt and Robbie Edwards 2nd Gary Ruprecht, Ian Poole and Terry Miles and 3rd Anne Smith, John Smith and Bob Sims. Vouchers went to Greg Darcy, Jean Donald, Barrie Isaac and Wayne Thrussell.
Wednesday social and bolting to the bank with the loot were Frank Raczka, Rod Quirk and Rocky Davis, the runner up spot went to Ray Elliott, Terry Duff and Bill O'Donnell. Voucher winners were Stewart Rogan, Wayne Thrussell, Bob Kennett and Ray Pantlin.
The start of the minor singles has been put back a week to Sunday the 19th of February owing to events being held at the club on the 11th and 12th of February.
Bowls this week Wednesday social and Friday jackpot triples names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days mufti dress all welcome.
