It was our Presentation Day
on Tuesday 4th December and 58 bowlers enjoyed a game of bowls
before lunch with wine/orange juice.
Before the prizes were
awarded we announced the daily results: -

It was nice to see Maureen
Cutting back in the club again after her recent surgery, I’m sure it won’t be
long before we see her on the greens again, and birthday greetings to Barbara
Owens.
To-day 7th December is the final day of the coaching programme for this year and will resume after bowls return on the 8th January 2013.
Tomorrow is the club members
only mixed 4’s tournament, 3 x12 ends, bring your own lunch, and we hope you
all have a good day.
Next Tuesday is our Christmas
Party; please wear your festive gear, earrings etc., It is the
last day to bring in your goodies for the Salvation Army appeal. We already
have a good amount, but any more will be greatly appreciated. We are sure that
the people who get these gifts will be really happy to receive them. Many

We were saddened to hear of
the passing of one of our members Jane Rowland and extend our sympathies to her
family, our thoughts are with you.

recovery and look forward to seeing you back at the club soon.
