Member’s Report w/e November 28

Hello Ladies,

We were blessed yesterday (Saturday) to get some ends in after what has been a very wet week.

Hopefully the B.O.M. have got it wrong about a wet summer and we have more time on the greens in 2022.

Tuesday’s Out of the Hat Triples unfortunately was a washout and will be rescheduled for early 2022.

Thanks to all those who put their time and efforts in prior to it’s cancellation.

Christmas lunch money is still being accepted by Margaret Avery, but time is running out so hop to it if you are interested in coming along.

Regarding Christmas Break Up and Presentation Day I will give you more details next week about the order of the day. Needless to say come a bit earlier to enjoy the laughs and Christmas cheer and our Christmas photo.

Thanks very much to the ladies who have generously donated goodies for the Xmas raffles, I believe that Daphne and Pat are still accepting for those who still would like to give.

Another big day this Tuesday, with our Golden Girls joining us. The last Trade Table for the year will be a beauty, and our Member’s Forum is scheduled that day as well.

Keep your fingers well and truly crossed that we get some bowls in, but PLEASE! come along regardless of the weather.

If it is raining all of the above mentioned will still go on with the Forum starting earlier.

Remember to check the Noticeboard for rosters and general information. And as always our thoughts and best wishes go out to anyone who is unwell or recovering. We hope to see you soon.

Cheers

Jill Howard
Communications Officer.
