Another beautiful day in Port for the 5th and final game of this popular mixed pairs tournament.

What a beautiful winter day for bowls! Play continued today at Westport and Port City under clear skies and a warm sun. Day 2 completes the first 4 games in this tournament with 1 game to play tomorrow, Sunday, in the morning.

The popular Port Macquarie Mixed Pairs commenced today at Port City & Westport. Entries for play at Hibbard & Westport were consolidated for play at Westport due to entry numbers.
Not the best weather conditions with heavy rains last night and showers during the day.
Results will be posted later when they are available from Port City, the host club.

Tuesday for 48 eager bowlers, welcome back to Val Bott who hasn’t been for some
time.
There won’t be any social
bowls on Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon due to the Port Macquarie Mixed
Pairs Tournament being held Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Port City Grade 6 & 7 Men's Triples Tournament was competed today under kind but chilly weather conditions.
In this 8 game tournament 4 teams achieved an impressive 7 wins with the top spot going to A. Wood, S. Starkey & skip J. Kime (composite) with a margin of 58 shots. Click here for the other winning teams and click here for results of all teams.
The Port City Men's Grade 6 & 7 two bowl triples commenced today under clear skies but chilly conditions. Day 1 saw 3 games with 3 again tomorrow (Saturday) then 2 on Sunday.
