Lake Cathie Men’s Bowling Club
Week ending Sunday 3rd March 2019
Monday winners were Ron Campbell, Vic Ley & Keith Lawton while the runners up were Jim Carter, John White & Helene White.
Thursdays saw the winners Graham Howard, Dave Pateman, Stephen Smith & Gavin Law with the runner ups, Ivan Bozanic, Vi Ley & Keith Woods. Lucky losers were Graham Platt, Ian Howes, John Gillett & Keith Miller.
Saturday winners were Neil Proctor & Graham Platt.
Pennant trials played at LCBC saw the 3’s defeat Nth Haven but the 5’s lose to Nth Haven.
Sunday, and the final of the Club Major 4’s was won by W Jamison, D Porter, G Tiley & Gary Knox defeating N Philp, R Tinmouth, B Meyer & S Philp 26/13 in a good game.
Next Saturday is the start of the Pennants and we would like to wish all clubs participating the best for the season.
