the 63^rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of the Port Macquarie City Women’s Bowling Club will be held in the Club on

Monday 17 July 2017 at 9.00am

BUSINESS

1.  Minutes of the 62^nd Annual General Meeting

2.  Reports and Balance Sheet.
3.  Election of Office Bearers.
4.  Any special business for which due notice has been given.

The election of Office Bearers will be in accordance with the Constitution of the Port Macquarie City Women’s Bowling Club:

      ·       TREASURER
      ·       DELEGATES (2)
      ·       SELECTION COMMITTEE (5)
      ·       MATCH COMMITTEE (4)
      ·       SOCIAL COMMITTEE (5)

Nominations for Office Bearers shall be on the appropriate forms provided, made in writing by the Proposer and Seconder, signed by the Nominee and be in the hands of the Secretary no later than Monday 3 July 2017.
