The Challenge of Change

"The Board of Bowls Victoria has determined to amend its membership categories of players covered by the Bowls Victoria Regulations to more accurately reflect the reality of what is occurring membership wise in our Clubs."

    The sooner BowlsNSW wakes up to this reality, the better for bowlers and bowling clubs in NSW.
