The previous question was: "In a pairs tournament can the players change position in the 2nd game?" Results were 8 voting 'yes' and 3 'no'. The correct answer is "yes" as covered by Domestic Regulation 2.2.8 - "Prior to the start of any subsequent game in the same competition, the playing positions of the constituted personnel can be changed". The new question concerns the new law indicating that the 2nd shall keep the scorecard in a fours game. The question is "who signs the card after the game?"
