The last question was - Lead A rolls the jack in the 1st end. The end is declared tied. Who rolls the jack in the 2nd end? Choices were: Lead A, Lead B, or toss a coin.The general law is that the winner of the previous end rolls the jack, in this case there is no winner as the end was declared tied.
The correct answer is Lead A rolls the jack in the second end. Refer law 41.4 "If, however the first end is a tied end, the first to play in that end should also play first in the second end".
The new question concerns the minimum length for a delivered bowl.
