How the Federal Budget will Save Bowls Clubs

An article in this weekend's Sydney Morning Herald indicates how lifting the retirement age will help "save" our bowling clubs.
"We are facing a demographic bulge which means that unprecedented numbers of baby boomers will be retiring over the next decade. However, due to the lack of foresight and planning by successive governments, Australia has experienced chronic underinvestment in the country's bowling club infrastructure, leaving us in the perilous position of a bowls club shortage."
