LNC Champions Take Out Zone 14 Championships

The last of this year's Zone 14 finals were played yesterday, Saturday 31st August, at the Woolgoolga BC with the LNC District players taking out all 4 titles as follows:
Champion of Club Champions Singles - Shane Globits (North Haven) def. Glen Wedlock (Urunga) 31 - 24.

Champion of Club Champions Pairs - Alan Wares & Peter Taylor (Kempsey Heights) def. Phil Troy & Dennis Brown (Park Beach) 26 - 8.

Rookie Singles - John Hrabak (Westport) def. Owen Smith (Nambucca Heads) 17 - 4.

Rookie Pairs - Cameron Styles & John Hrabak (Westport) def. Wayne Bolton & Barry Redman (Nambucca Heads) 12 - 9.

    Congratulations to John Hrabak on all his success's this year. Some great victories from a bowler just starting out on his career and I hope selectors from Club, District, and Zone take notice. He shows to all new bowlers what can be achieved with hard work.
