The club fours are underway with three games being played on Wednesday Frank Raczka, Rod Sutton, Chicka Thompson and Wayne Thrussell def Jimmy Race, Adrian Hilton, Pat O’Connor and Reggie Robb. Ian Hilton, Bindi Notara, Warren Barnes and Gerry Ludford def Warren Bates, Steve Hall, Tony Austin and Terry Stringer. Rob Edwards, Terry Miles, Peter Laing and Rocky Davis def Ron Hale, Ian Hodgkinson, Ian McLaren and Ray Allan. Saturday saw 1 game Dave Napper, Ian Poole, Mick Stuttard and Phil Collins def Gary Blisters Cheers, Peter Griffith, Gary Hamilton and the Wiz Kevin Wholohan.

The Comboyne trial is on Saturday the 9th of February names to go on the sheet and the team will be selected from the names received.

The 2019 NSW State open fours championship are open for nominations they will close on Sunday the 20th at 6pm no late entries accepted dates of play 2-3 and 9-10 of February open fours to be played at Port City, seniors to be played at Westport and President’s Reserve fours pennant grade 5 and under to be played at South West Rocks.

The trial match to be played at Port City on the 19th of January the teams is as follows team 1 Garry Ruprecht, Mark Hammond, Dean Gemmell and Barrie Isaac. Rob Edwards, Mick Ashford, Rocky Davis and Mick Stuttard. Terry Duff, John Gemmell, Gary Hamilton and Charles Doyle. Team 2 Howard Burrows, Ron Hale, Chicka Thompson and Terry Miles. Ian Poole, Garry Cheers, Budgie Brecard and Peter Griffith. Frank Raczka, Dave Napper, Brian Charters and Trevor Robb . Team 3 Ian Hilton, Ian Hodgkinson, Ian McLaren and Ray Allan. John Brown, Frank Raczka, Darren Darcy and Pat O’Connor. Stewart Wellard, Bob Sims, Stewart Rogan and Wayne Thrussell. Team 4 Jeff Nichols, Rod Sutton, Warren Bates and Reggie Robb. Adrian Hilton, Daryle Barr, Dick Davies, Warren Barnes. Leslie Faulstone, Tony Austin, Bindi Notara and Terry Stringer. 1pm start roll up from 12 pm.

Friday jackpot triples and the money stays in the bank the jackpot on Friday the 25th will be worth $308. Rink winners the Wizard, Budgie and Chicka, the runner up went to Carl Young, Daryle Barr and the hand breaker Bob Kennett. Vouchers went to Chicka, the bicky eater Mick Ashford, Daryle Barr, Ruby Burrows and Hodgo. Wednesday social and the fours combination of Frank Raczka, Rod Sutton, Chicka and Wayne Thrussell bolted out the door with the cash, the runner up prize went to another fours team Ron Hale, Ian Hodgkinson, Ian McLaren and Ray Wickey Allan. Voucher winners were Peter Griffith, Paris Hilton, John Brown and Jeff Mrs Brown Nichols.

Monday monthly pairs and paying off Santa with first place was Les Allport and Graham Conen 2nd Brian Charters and Phil Collins, 3rd Gary Hamilton and the wizard big Kev Wholohan, 4th Frank Raczka and Barrie Isaac there was also two $50 prizes Gerry Ludford and Reggie Robb and Dean and John Gemmell. The next Monday monthly pairs will be the 4th of February and the jackpot will be worth $400.

Wednesday social is the bowls this week start time 9am names in by 6pm Tuesday.
