NSW Men's Rookie State Finals

The State Men's Rookie finals are being played this weekend at the Raymond Terrace BC. In the pairs our Zone 14 team unfortunately did not progress. The singles, tomorrow, see Ken Pritchard from Lake Cathie in action for Zone 14 - good bowling Ken!

I had a look at the "Live Streaming" today and it was good. Not the professional TV from the ABC but still good interesting coverage. Perhaps it is a media that clubs should consider for major events.

Click here for details for the pairs being played today, Sat. 17th and click here for details for the singles tomorrow Sun. 18th.

The link to "Live Streaming" is available on the Bowls NSW site - click here

Test Your Knowledge

The previous question was: "Your afternoon championship game is drawn for rink 6. Can you practise on this rink in the morning?"
Polling showed the following results: Yes - 3 votes: No - 10 votes.

The majority were correct with the "No" vote. Refer Domestic Regulation 1.1.1 - "A player must not play (or practise) on a rink on which they are drawn to play in another game that day".

The new question concerns the actions that a team coach is allowed to take during the game.
