Test Your Knowledge

The previous question was: "In a pairs team with a replacement player as lead the skip takes ill. Can a substute be used?" Polling showed the following results - 17 for 'yes' and 5 for 'no'

The correct answer is 'no' as a replacement player has already been approved in the team. Refer Domestic Regulation 2.3.7.2 "In a pairs team, if a replacement player is used, then a substitute can only take the place of the replacement player". My understanding is that this law prevents all new players in a pairs team replacing the original team.

The new question concerns the accidental movement of a bowl at rest and the action of moving the bowl back to its original position.
